Learn to make an easy, cost-effective, traditionally soaked sourdough bread that has all of the amazing benefits of probiotics and anti-oxidants.  This method neutralizes the phytates and breaks down most of the gluten, so your body doesn’t have to! Learn about the value of soaking your flour, using natural yeast, and how to feed and care for a starter. Plus go home with your own sourdough starter and bread dough to bake at home!
